How and When to Take African Mango

African Mango for Weight Management

In the double blind study published in the Lipids In Health and Disease Journal, participants were given 150mg of pure IGOB131 or a matching placebo 30 to 60 minutes before lunch and dinner over a ten week period. The participants who received the IGOB131 saw significant improvements in body weight, body fat, and waist circumference as well as plasma total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, blood glucose, C-reactive protein, adiponectin and leptin levels.

If you’d like similar results, we suggest that you follow the regimen implicated by the study. Take 150mg of pure IGOB131 about a half hour to an hour before lunch and dinner. The study suggests taking the IGOB131 for 10 weeks, but continuing to take it past the 10 week period will only help you maintain your weight loss goals and cholesterol levels.

Because IGOB131 increases energy, some people find that taking the supplement before dinner gives them too much energy before bed. If this is the case for you, simply take the supplement 30 to 60 minutes before breakfast and lunch rather than before lunch and dinner.

African Mango for Better Cholesterol

In a second double blind study also published in the Lipids In Health and Disease Journal, one group of subjects were given 350mg of IGOB131, three times a day over a four week period. The other group was given a matching placebo. The group given the IGOB131 saw a 46% reduction in "bad" LDL cholesterol with a 47% increase in "good" HDL cholesterol levels.

To achieve similar results, simply take 350mg of pure IGOB131 3 times a day. This study ran for four weeks, but continuing your African Mango regimen will help you to maintain these healthier cholesterol levels. Again, IGOB131 increases energy so if you find yourself with too much energy before bed, try taking the supplements earlier in the day.
